Returns & Refund

At Taoge, every wig is individually crafted and customised after your order is placed. We do not keep pre-made units in stock, meaning your wig is created especially for you.

As your order is a personalised item, it is exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation and return rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

For this reason, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun, unless your item arrives with a genuine manufacturing fault.

To be eligible for a fault assessment, your wig must be returned in its original condition. We cannot accept items that have:

• Had the lace trimmed or cut.
• Been worn, washed, coloured, styled, or otherwise altered.
• Had the hygiene seal or tag removed.

If, following our inspection, your item is confirmed to have a genuine manufacturing fault, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method.Please allow up to 28 daysfrom the date we receive and approve the returned item for the refund to be processed. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account. We encourage you to review your order carefully, including your chosen specifications, before checking out. If you have any questions before purchasing, we're always happy to help.

By placing an order with Taoge, you confirm that you understand your wig is custom-made to your specifications and is therefore not eligible for a refund or exchange unless it is faulty. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Our standard adjustable caps are made to fit the majority of head sizes, typically accommodating a circumference of 21" to 23".

How to measure your head:

Using a soft measuring tape, place it around your head starting at your hairline. Bring it around the back of your head, just behind your ears, and down to the nape of your neck. This will give you your full head circumference measurement.

All Taoge wigs also come with adjustable straps inside the cap, allowing you to tighten or loosen the fit for added comfort and security.

Colour

We do our best to ensure every product photo reflects the true colour of our hair. However, slight colour differences may occur due to lighting during photography and variations in screen settings across phones, tablets, and computers. Because of this, the shade you receive may look slightly different from what you see online.

Texture

Some of our units are photographed with soft waves to showcase how beautifully the hair can be styled. Unless otherwise stated in the product description, these waves are created using heat styling and are not permanent. After washing or over time, the hair will return to its natural straight texture.

Hair Length

Hair length is measured when the hair is straight. If you choose to wear your unit curled or wavy, the hair will naturally appear shorter than its stated length.

As a guide, curls can reduce the visible length by approximately 2–4 inches. If you're hoping to achieve a particular curled length, we recommend selecting a longer straight length to allow for this difference.

Processing & Shipping

Every unit is made with care, so please allow 5–7 business days for us to prepare your order before it's dispatched. This processing time covers the creation and preparation of your unit.Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• UK Orders: 3–5 business days
• International Orders: 5–7 business days

Shipping Information

Order Changes

Once your order has been dispatched, we're unable to make any changes. This includes updating the delivery address, changing the shipping method, or editing the items in your order.

Before completing your purchase, please make sure your shipping details are correct. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost or Missing Parcels

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider. If your package is lost, delayed, or appears to be missing, we recommend contacting the courier directly to open an investigation or claim.

Delivered Orders

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders marked as Delivered by the courier. If your tracking shows your parcel has been delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local delivery office or courier as soon as possible to report the issue.

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes once they arrive in the destination country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. As these fees vary by country, they are not included in your shipping costs at checkout.
