At Taoge, every wig is individually crafted and customised after your order is placed. As your order is a personalised item, it is exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation and return rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun, unless your item arrives with a genuine manufacturing fault. To be eligible for a fault assessment, your wig must be returned in its original condition — unlaced, unworn, unwashed and unaltered with the hygiene seal intact.

All wigs are subject to a 5–7 working days processing window (excluding weekends). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with dispatch information.
