Custom Order – Agreed Price

Description

This listing is exclusively for customers who have already discussed and agreed on a custom order and price with Taoge Hair. Before placing your order, please make sure you: Select all required options/fields that apply to your custom order. Leave a note at checkout clearly stating your agreed length, lace/closure type, colour, texture, quantity, and any other specifications that have been agreed with us. Make sure the information in your checkout note matches the details discussed and agreed with Taoge Hair. If you have agreed on any special requirements or customisations, please include these in the notes section as well. Important: Please do not purchase this listing unless you have already received a custom price and order confirmation from Taoge Hair. The price shown is specific to the customer and order it was created for.

Returns & Exchanges

At Taoge, every wig is individually crafted and customised after your order is placed. As your order is a personalised item, it is exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation and return rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun, unless your item arrives with a genuine manufacturing fault. To be eligible for a fault assessment, your wig must be returned in its original condition — unlaced, unworn, unwashed and unaltered with the hygiene seal intact.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

All wigs are subject to a 5–7 working days processing window (excluding weekends). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with dispatch information.

UK Orders: 3–5 business days

International Orders: 5–7 business days

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
